Delivery and Returns

I am able to deliver across the UK and internationally and offer a simple delivery service.

Standard UK Delivery 

UK delivery starting from £5.99. Delivery cost for multiple items purchased will be calculated at checkout depending on the total weight of all products purchased.  

Items are sent via a Royal Mail Signed For service and, once dispatched, delivery is usually between 2-5 days.

A shipping notification with tracking number will be sent once shipped (if you don't receive this please check your junk mail or email settings as many get bounced back). 

Delivery to Europe

European delivery costs will depend on the weight of the ceramics purchased, with delivery starting from £14.99. The delivery charge will be presented at checkout depending on the items in your basket.

*EU CUSTOMERS** Please be aware that due to Brexit orders over £35 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee payable in the receiving country.

Items are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked and Signed service and, once dispatched, delivery is usually between 7 days.

Delivery to Rest of world

International delivery costs will depend on the weight of the ceramics purchased, with delivery starting from £22.99. The delivery charge will be presented at checkout depending on the items in your basket.

Dispatch and Availability

All goods on the website are made by hand in a small quantities. When the product is 'sold out' it means more stock is coming soon, there may be a short wait. 

Providing your items are in stock I will aim to dispatch your order to you within 5 working days.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us info@aeyglom.com and let us know that you would like a refund and we will help you with the return. Please let us know within 7 days that you would like a refund or if the goods are damaged or faulty.

Please note that Sale items and items from Seconds Sales cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us, nor refund the initial delivery cost. Please also ask for proof of posting when returning items to us for your records.

We will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we receive your cancellation. We will aim to make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
